OVERVIEW:

Brief Moments, Big Changes is a working 1:50 scale model of a proposed public sculpture outside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago. The project is one of 11 proposals generated through study with Crown Fountain creator Jaume Plensa, along with SAIC faculty John Manning and Jan Tichy.
